New to CrossFit:
If you're new to fitness or CrossFit, you'll most likely start with our Foundations Program. This program is designed to do just that... build a solid foundation of knowledge, movement and confidence. Whether you choose to continue with Private Training, Group Classes or a combination, Foundations is by far the best way to start. It consists of a prescribed number of one-on-one sessions and also includes a Fit3D body composition scan and 60 Minute Nutrition Consultation.
Experienced in CrossFit:
Even experienced CrossFitters can benefit from Foundations, especially if you've been away from it for quite some time. If you feel confident that you're beyond the basics, we will schedule a "test-out" session to gauge your competency and coaching needs.
Our habit based Nutrition Coaching program is specifically designed to help you develop and maintain a healthy relationship with food and achieve your goals. A nutrition coach will work with you one-on-one to help you improve your health, feel your best and get the results you want. You do not have to be a gym member to benefit from our Nutrition Coaching, but the best possible results will definitely come from a combination of fitness and nutrition!
