Start your journey at Chalkline CrossFit with a FREE No Sweat Intro Session. Tour the facility and let us learn about you and your goals. We’ll answer any burning questions you may have, give you our prescription for reaching your goals and we guarantee you’ll have an awesome experience.
During your No Sweat Intro Session you will receive:
- A tour of our facility
- An overview of our unique training methodology and class options
- “Get-to-know-you” session to discuss goals, hopes and dreams
- Specific information on how to transform your health, fitness, and lifestyle in record time
Depending on your experience level you can start with a FREE Intro Session.
During your Intro Session you will receive:
- A tour of the facility
- Introduction to our awesome community
- Specific information on how we can help you transform you health, fitness, and lifestyle
Our Nutrition guidance program is specifically designed to maximize results as you work toward achieving your goals. A nutrition coach will work with you one-on-one to help you improve your health and get the results you’re after.
