We believe this whole heartedly and are here to help you get started.
Our gym is a little bit different than most. We come from a "help first" mentality and work off of what we call a Prescriptive Model. What does that mean? It means our first order of business is to get to know you and what you are hoping to get from us. Only after learning more about you can we offer our best "prescription" for reaching your goals. But it doesn't stop there... over time your goals will change, therefore the pathway to reaching them has to change with you. Through regularly scheduled member check-ins, we reassess and make any needed adjustments to your plan.
You don't have to have any prior experience. All it takes is humility, patience as well as a willingness to check your ego at the door, work hard and reap the benefits. We don’t require you to be strong, fast or already fit to start at Chalkline. All we ask is that you have an open mind and an honest desire to be better than you were yesterday. We'll guide you through the rest and take great care of you along the way.
1 on 1 Private Training
1-on-1 Private Training is by far the fastest way to reach your goals since each workout is specifically designed for you and changes as you change. Whether your goal is weight loss, sports performance or muscle gain, individualized programming and coaching is the most efficient way to get where you want to be. Whether you choose 30 minute sessions in addition to your group membership to work on specific skills or weaknesses, or prefer 45-60 minute private sessions to work toward your ultimate goals, we have an option for every schedule and budget.
Small Group Training
Our Small Group Training offers the benefit of individualized programming and coaching in a small, controlled group environment. Our small groups range from 2-4 people, and each person will be guided and coached through their own personalized program/workout for the day. You can train with a group of friends or family all with the same goals, or be paired up with other small group members, either way knowing you will get the hands on attention you need with the fun atmosphere of a group class.
Get the Support and Accountability you need to stay healthy without the need for a gym membership. Many people have insane schedules and find it almost impossible to focus on their health. We argue that they are the ones who need it the most! Building or maintaining good habits, physical strength and inner calm during times of high stress is vital to your health. A busy schedule or hectic workload is not a good enough reason to allow unhealthy habits to take root. We've created a remote coaching program that can meet you where you are, allow you to make improvements in your health and wellbeing AND receive coaching, support and accountability... all from the comfort and safety of your home. We can even do our No Sweat Intro via Zoom by request.
Constantly Varied Functional Movement executed at High Intensity
Based on the CrossFit prescription of CVFMHI, our group classes combine strength training with many other fitness modalities to give you a well-rounded level of fitness. In this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees, lifting and so much more. Every day is different so you never get bored! Our classes serve all levels of fitness and each workout is adjusted to your individual fitness level, so you get the best workout for YOU every time. You'll have fun, get fit and be part of a great gym family! This is a great option for those looking to maintain their current level of fitness or to just be the healthiest version of themselves.
Our Nutrition Coaching program is specifically designed to maximize results as you work toward achieving your goals. A nutrition coach will work with you one-on-one to help you improve your health and get the results you’re after. Our approach to nutrition is a bit different than you might be used to... we don't just throw a "custom meal plan" at you and then cross our fingers and hope you follow it (or shame you if you don't). We do NOT believe in "diet culture" and strive to help our clients develop healthy habits as well as a healthy and balanced relationship with food. Our success rate is far higher than most as we focus on teaching you and giving YOU the tools you need to navigate your life through all its ups and downs. All with expert guidance, support and accountability.
