Based on the CrossFit prescription of CVFMHI, our group classes combine strength training with many other fitness modalities to give you optimal results. In this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees, lifting and so much more. Every day is different so you never get bored! And, each workout is adjusted to your individual fitness level, so you get the best workout you YOU every time.
Our one-on-one Private Training is specifically designed to get you to your goals with a program designed specifically for you. Whether you choose 30 minute session to work on skills or a package of 60 minute sessions to work toward specific goals, we have an option for everyone
Our Nutrition guidance program is specifically designed to maximize results as you work toward achieving your goals. A nutrition coach will work with you one-on-one to help you improve your health and get results you’re after.

Hiit-Fit classes utilize unique circuit stations focusing on functional movements and are programmed for all levels of fitness. We train core principles including Mobility, Stability, Agility, Strength and Conditioning with a goal of longevity, fitness and always striving to improve our athletic abilities.
