If you are not familiar with CrossFit, you may think our prices are higher than typical gym memberships… and you’re absolutely right, they are. We are not a typical gym and we don’t sell typical memberships or provide typical results. At Chalkline, your membership includes programmed workouts, hands on coaching, nutritional suggestions and one on one help and accountability whenever you need it. We are committed to helping you achieve your goals. Your success is our success!
We aren’t the most expensive, nor are we the least. We have membership options to fit most budgets, though we prefer that you don’t judge us on price alone. We would love to meet with you to show you what sets us apart and discuss your best option.

Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every day is different so you never get bored! Plus, we scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum result every time.
Combination of postures derived from Yoga...
By using a combination of postures derived from Yoga, Kung Fu and Taoist Yin, RomWOD stretches and heals the body by creating gentle traction on the fascial tissues. These movements assist the body’s desire to fall into proper alignment which can prevent joint injuries over time. This practice completes every class and is the perfect complement to your CrossFit workouts.
